It has come to my attention that some of my pdf files are not working correctly. I have tried to allow open access to them, but for some unknown reason, blogger is still forcing users to ask for permission before downloading. I sincerely apologize for this issue. Please know that I am working to correct the problem as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you have trouble downloading/printing a pdf file, contact me via email and I will send the files directly to you.
